This is also the place to find inspiration and tips from our Creative Partners. Often, the wedding and fashion worlds intertwine. So occasionally, I’ll include my favorite fashion finds, trends, and current obsessions. My desire is to give you a peek into a world that has always fascinated me and continues to excite me! Welcome to The Bridal Circle blog.
We Asked the Experts "Is it Necessary to Invite Out-of-Town Guests to the Rehearsal Dinner?"
As ever, we’re thankful for our wonderful Creative Partners, particularly when we turn to them for wedding planning advice. In this month’s Ask the Experts, we’re passing along a wedding planning question we received from one of our fabulous readers:
“We have a lot of out-of-town guests coming to our wedding. Is it necessary to include them in the rehearsal dinner? Or, are there any other ways to make them feel special?”
Interesting answers, in depth planning advice and fun suggestions were offered in response from none other than: Celebrity Wedding Planners Diann Valentine and Marley Majcher; legendary wedding planner Harriette Rose Katz; Global Destination Expert Michelle Rago; as well as from Mark Ingram of Mark Ingram Atelier, Peter Callahan of Peter Callahan Catering, Susan Graham of Susan Graham Signature Events, Moya Minns of MM Ink, Joan Pillow of Joan Pillow Bridal Salons, Anna Schmid of One&Only, Kerry Harter of Acqualina Resort and Spa on the Beach, Lindsay Pitt of Toast Events, Valerie Romanoff of Starlight Music New York, Zainab Alsalih of Dubai’s Carousel Girls and Aimee Monihan-Greening of Costa Rica’s Tropical Occasions.
And, If YOU have a suggestion on gracious ways to host out-of-town wedding guests, PLEASE feel free to share your thoughts here. We’d love to hear what you’re planning…
