Vera Wang's Black & White Spring 2014 Bridal Collection
Just this past Monday night Vera Wang was presented with the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award by the Council of Fashion Designers of America. In celebration of her incredible career, we are taking another long, appreciative look at Vera’s most recent bridal collection. As one of the most talented fashion designers in the world, it is no surprise that every season we can’t wait to see what the amazing Ms. W has dreamed up! Last year, she embraced all shades of rich garnets and dramatic crimsons. This year, Vera embraced drama from a whole new place. Minimalism. For her Spring 2014 bridal collection she presented each lovely silhouette with accents of black, from long black leather gloves to tightly pulled black corsets and ruffled black roses. Bold. Powerful. Intense. Edgy. Artistic. Another collection to inspire and remember. Congratulations Vera!
