The Untraditional Tara LaTour
As we get closer to another Bridal Fashion Week, we can’t help but look back at one of our favorite collections from last year, Tara LaTour. This alternative wedding dress designer offers a new and original take on classic bridal styles. From her brave use of color ~ from blue and gray to amber, taupe and brown ~ to her passionate use of organic fabrications, La Tour brings a fresh and feminine perspective to bridal fashion. For those brides who seek a white or ivory gown, you’ll also find many lovely selections in LaTour’s collection. We particularly love her use of brocade and pleats, as well as soft torn draping and asymmetrical silhouettes.
When we look at her gowns we see modern romance and whimsical spirit… and, frankly, we can’t wait to see MORE!
