A luxurious retreat at the foot of the majestic Aspen Mountain, there is not one amenity or luxury that has been neglected or a single aspect of your stay that has not been fully explored and accounted for, even prior to your arrival.  Everything about STRA stole my heart completely: from the moment I walked into my room the view the décor, the throughtful amenities selected carefully just for me, but what had me at “hello” was the beautiful personalized frame of me and my kids. Dining Experience is to die for exemplary dining on a daily basis, we’re head over heels for Chefs Club by FOOD & WINE where the chef award winners rotate the menu annually and make special guest appearances throughout the year to showcase their dishes. I was deliggte to meet the award winning chef.. and my taste buds were seripously spoilt

There is also the Trecento Quindici Decano, offering true tastes of Italy.  The cuisine is authentic and flavorful, conjuring the aromas, tastes and colors of the Mediterranean.  The world-savvy traveler will be delighted to find a little taste of Italy right here in the heart of Aspen.
