My bags are packed … excitement is bubbling over … I can barely contain myself… Why, you ask? Because today I am headed to the fabulous, fascinating and gorgeous city of Dubai for the second time around. This cultural hub in the United Emirates thrives with glamour, excitement and style, perfect for the sophisticated, luxury, international bride & groom.  It is a must visit for anyone who loves beautiful architecture, culture, fashion, design and ubber luxe!

Dalia Dogmoch Soubra is the Co-founder & Chief Baker at Kitsch, a boutique – cafe – bakery she set up with her best friend Racil Chalhoub in 2006. Kitsch Cupcakesbecame notorious for cake lovers queuing outside the bakery to grab a bite of their scrumptious homemade treats, so the childhood friends decided to expand the bakery across the region, with several outlets across the GCC and Lebanon to date. Due to overwhelming requests from customers asking Dalia to share her recipes and give classes, she launched her second project, D’s Kitchen, a food blog allowing Dalia to share her love for food, recipes and foodie reviews. Further, Dalia is Harper’s Bazaar Arabia’s official food correspondent, writing a monthly recipe column for the renowned magazine. She also writes a regular column for BBC Good Food Middle East titled “Cooking in D’s Kitchen”.
