Illusion Necklines

The illusion neckline is one of the hottest trends warming up the runways this Fall. This ultra-feminine design is perfect for any body type and adds an aura of mystery to your look. These delicate, unusual necklines can be subtle and unembellished, lacy and refined, or glittery and over-the-top. The options can be as unique as the bride herself!

Cap Sleeves

Utterly romantic and sweetly feminine, cap sleeves are taking fashion by storm! This stylish element made a dramatic appearance on bridal fashion runways this season. Perfect for brides that want the modesty of having their shoulders ever so alluringly covered as they walk down the aisle, we love the fact that strapless gowns are taking a back seat for once!

Designers Badgley Mischka, Reem Acra,  and Jenny Packham, to name a few, featured cap sleeves in their collections.

Cowl Backs

Go backless and turn heads on your big day! Recent bridal trends have opened the door for brides to become more daring and sultry. A cowl back style is sexy without showing too much skin. Sassy, yet classy, the cowl back trend is what bridal fashion is currently all about!

Pearls

Designers like Carolina Herrera and Reem Acra showed pretty pearl detailing on the gowns gracing their bridal runways. A classic wedding jewel, pearl accents give your wedding day look a feel of timelessness. Glitter & Metallics

Classic wedding gown fabrics get a update with hints of gold and silver, metallics, shimmers and sparkles.

Look to designers Romona Keveza, and Carolina Herrera, for sparkly tulle enhancements this season.

Sheer Straps

Barely-there fabric adds visual interest to any wedding gown and makes for an incredibly sexy strap detail. So sheer, these straps add another layer without making the dress feel heavy.  Simply ethereal!

Classic Sleeves

In a post-Kate Middleton world, it’s unlikely that sleeves — especially in the Fall — will be disappearing from bridal runways any time soon. The wonderful thing about these new, long sleeves is how cleverly designed they are, and how much variation there is!  The options are are endless.  From opaque, textured fabrics to sheer lace- and tulle-covered arms, slip one of these gowns on for an ultra-elegant, and even regal, feel.  Some designers flaunted sleeves that had been beaded, were covered in florals, or were enhanced with other tantalizing embellishments.
