THE WEDLUXE WEDDING SHOW

JANUARY 2014

The WedLuxe Wedding Show 2014 was (sadly!) a one-day affair only- if you missed these sumptuous and stylish bridal inspirations, then be sure not to miss next year’s event!

Held in The Fairmont Royal York, Toronto, every stunning detail catered to the theme of Springtime in Paris.  A pastel palette of pale French pinks, minty greens and baby blues paired with neutrals in champagne, caramels and creams swept attendees into another state of mind.  Intricately designed, with creative experts from around Canada and beyond, the WedLuxe event starred the most glimmering of WedLuxe’s acclaimed Glitterati.

Whether you plan to tie the knot in Canada or elsewhere, we recommend you attend the WedLuxe Wedding Show for inspiration that is absolutely out of this world- you won’t look at weddings the same way again!

BRIDAL BOUDOIR AFFAIR

MARCH 2014

March is just around the corner, and with it comes the Bridal Boudoir Affair 2014 in Montreal, designed and developed by the stunning Maddy K of Maddy K Weddings and Events Atelier.  We couldn’t be more excited about this long-anticipated event, and we know that the best of Montreal’s luxury wedding industry will be out to play!

So much more than a bridal show, The Bridal Boudoir Affair is a celebration of all things beautiful and glamorous, with a cocktail party, extravagant fashion show and an all-out event for brides-to-be.

Set within the refined elegance of Montreal’s Hyatt Regency Hotel, you’ll have a distinct behind-the-scenes peek at the wedding of your dreams.  Tastefully curated and hand-selected by Maddy K herself, you’re sure to find vendors who share your love of luxury and have tasteful and decadent options that will stun you.  I had the honor of meeting some of the A-Team vendors during a private dinner hosted by Maddy K for me in October of last year. All I can say is they are truly talented!  For an experience that will boggle your mind and woo your senses, and a wedding that is sure to follow suit, make sure you don’t miss this lavish event!

Check out this video shot by the talented T.Rec Productions for a sneak peek of some of the vendors attending the 2014  Bridal Boudoir Affair.

CHARLESTON FASHION WEEK: DULLES DESIGNS TRUNK SHOW FEATURING MARK INGRAM’S STATIONERY LINE

MARCH 2014

If you love fashion with a heaping side helping of southern charm, our guess is that you’re planning to grace the streets of Charleston for the upcoming Charleston Fashion Week in late March.  If that’s the case, we would be remiss if we didn’t let you in on a tasty little tidbit involving two of our most exonerated Creative Partners!

On Thursday, March 27th, Emilie Dulles of Dulles Designs will host a luxe trunk show with Mark Ingram to launch his debut stationery line.  Produced by Dempsey & Carroll, these luxuriantly crafted notecards are an extraordinary work of art all of their own accord.  Inspired by the elegance of the Mark Ingram Atelier and brand, lovers of all things bridal (and stationery to boot!) are encouraged to attend, meet Mark and peruse the Dulles Design Studio and store.

Don’t miss the scores of bridal gowns that will be waltzing down the runways (Mark Ingram Atelier will be represented, naturally!), and be sure to sample plenty of hors d’oeuvres and sweets.  Posh accessories and unique opportunities to purchase bridal party gifts will abound.  For southern hospitality at its most eloquent, we’re sure you’ll love everything Charleston Fashion Week has to offer.
