The Inner Circle Experience 2015 summoned some of the brightest and greatest leaders in luxury weddings and events for the second annual Inner Circle Experience. The event convened in Puerto Rico at the two five-star diamond resorts the island possesses – the Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve and St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort. From start to finish, the event was a dazzling conglomeration of inspiration, information and relaxation.

An informal Welcome Reception kicked off the experience. Set overlooking expansive oceanscapes, the reception was held on lush lawns where guests were entertained with large floor board games, signature mixed cocktails, champagne and delectable cuisine. Old friends happily reconnected while new acquaintances were made and the intimate gathering quickly coalesced.

Monday brought the official opening of the experience, with Melinda Emerson as moderator and emcee. Full of wit, humor and realism, Melinda moderated the event with charm, interjecting plenty of vital information and business-enhancing  advice, like how to make money while you’re away or sleeping. Her personality and insight added a savvy edge to the conversation each time attendees convened.

Fabulous keynote speaker, Jay Abraham, provided a wealth of knowledge and insight, broadening our horizons and challenging us to push our limits. Facebook guru Mari Smith shared her insights into how to work Facebook to our advantage and gave us a peek at opportunities coming down the pipeline to help improve our businesses. As the day continued, mind-provoking questions and discussions targeted specifically to our ICE attendees helped inspire leaders to take their businesses to the next level.

The day ended with the official Welcome Reception. Guests watched as the entire plantation lawn transformed into a beautiful local market, generously designed and dreamed-to-life by the uber-talented duo, Julio Citron and Emilio Olbarietta from Arquetipo. A plethora of hand-selected cuisines, drinks, and small bites were available. Conversation flowed freely and laughter filled the air as attendees danced the night away. Jason Fioto from Generation Events made sure we rocked long into the evening with plenty of catchy tunes.

Day Two commenced with the ever-brilliant Seth Godin. Seth dazzled attendees with his insights and knowledge for over an hour, and engaged guests with an in-depth Q and A session. A book signing followed. Thought-provoking and inspirational, our minds were reeling with the possibilities as Seth’s session concluded.

Arquetipo transformed the outdoor spa area for a grand luncheon. Following, intimate one-on-one sessions with Jay Abraham gave guests the opportunity to connect with our keynote on a more intimate level. The afternoon concluded with preparations for the evening Fête. Arquetipo worked tirelessly with a handful of some of our stellar creative partners  to bring the evening to life. RedBliss Design, who created phenomenal stationery for the entire ICE event, and Nuage Designs, who selected all the custom linens and furniture for the ICE experience, helped make ICE a flawless experience. We danced the night away with Puerto Rico’s finest band, Cuentos, and then finished out the evening with Jason Fioto of Generation Events.

Day Three brought the second part of the ICE 2015 journey. Guests were whisked away in synchronized luxurious transportation by First Class Cars to the stunning Dorado Beach, a Ritz Carlton Reserve.  Attendees were left in complete awe by the beauty of the breathtaking property. A picturesque lunch was served overlooking the water at Sucasa. Every moment at Dorado Beach brought sumptuous elegance to the natural surroundings and added a dimension of insight and expansive forward-thinking as guests experienced heightened possibilities for luxurious events.

ICE 2015 was life-changing. All of our partners sacrificed and gave above and beyond every expectation. Four days of inspiring conversation and programing around the foundational ideas of business and the future state of the luxury and wedding market have left us energized and determined to forge ahead.
