I’ve been dreaming and scheming about The Bridal Circle’s inaugural event at the start of 2014, and from the moment I stepped into The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, I was whisked away on the wings of luxury.  Immediately I knew that The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort was the epitome of all The Bridal Circle stands for, and after three amazing days at the luxurious property, I knew I’d found the perfect location for my event.  St. Regis’ brand has strategically developed some of the world’s most breathtaking properties, located at some of the most exquisite destinations on the map, and I have had the privilege of staying at one of their finest offerings at Bal Harbour.

Upon entering the lobby, the staff welcomed me with such big smiles I just knew that they would make my stay as enjoyable as earthly possible.  Not only is The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort glamorous, it is so effortlessly relaxing that I felt right at home.  Tasteful punches of color and uber-modern artwork are strategically hung, paralleling Miami’s vibrant art scene.  An impressive array of contemporary works on canvas definitely left my inner art-connoisseur swooning.  Mirror-laden walls reflected a glimmering clientele and the modern chandeliers were bedecked with hand-hung crystals.

If you can imagine it, you can be pretty sure that the masterminds behind The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort have already envisioned it.  Fine dining, the heavenly Remede Spa, scenic pools, private oceanfront day villas, miles of white sandy beach, fine shopping with every designer label you can think of directly across the street at the Shops at Bal Harbour, oceanfront vistas and beyond.

As a self-proclaimed foodie and connoisseur of seamless service, I was not disappointed in the hotel’s four amazing dining experiences, each catering to a variety of palates.  Guests can choose from the J&G Grill, with an inspired cuisine by international star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, a casually elegant experience at Atlantic (where a lovely, private breakfast was served for my party), a fresh and health-conscious menu made available at the St. Regis Bar & Sushi Lounge and the Mediterranean-infused menu at the Fresco Beach Bar & Grill.  I felt completely spoiled at the hotel- impeccable service and attention to detail are certainly The St. Regis’ forte.

Nothing can replace the feeling of waking gently in the morning to a light breeze rolling off the Atlantic and the distant crashing of the waves.  It was such a treat to rise early in the morning and meander along the beach all alone.  Such an amazing- and addictive!- experience.

The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort boasts 27 stories with 243 elegantly-appointed guest rooms and suites.  My lodgings in the Imperial Ocean Front Suite boasts two private ocean-facing balconies with floor-to-ceiling vistas high above the seaside below.  The private dining room, conveniently located across from the grand living space, allows you to entertain friends for dinner, complete with an European-style kitchen, premium entertainment systems and ‘smart’ technology.  The bathrooms are impeccably clean and sumptuously decorated.  Wide, glass-enclosed balconies display nearly unbelievable floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the ocean and bay.  A St. Regis Butler service is supplied for every suite.
