On the Catwalk with Jenny Packham 2014 Bridal Collection
On the opening day of Bridal Fashion Week, British designer Jenny Packham showed her 2014 Bridal Collection at Industria Studios to an international audience of the wedding industry’s leading media and buyers. The industrial New York loft space was transformed into a tree lined boulevard at dusk, setting the scene for a Collection of romantically soft, feminine designs. Jenny’s signature beading was once again, the star of the show. Intricate, light beading, delicate embellishment and clean, understated silhouettes played homage to an Edwardian inspiration, whilst romantically voluminous ballerina skirts, graceful tulle sleeves and elegantly exposed backs brought to mind a very modern bride, evoking scenes of a chic European destination wedding.
